How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World is directed by Dean DeBlois and stars Jay Baruchel, America Ferrera, Cate Blanchett, Craig Ferguson, and F. Murray Abraham. The plot of the movie is when Hiccup discovers Toothless isn’t the only Night Fury, he must seek “The Hidden World”, a secret Dragon Utopia before a hired tyrant named Grimmel finds it first. This is a perfect way to end this trilogy. I loved every minute of this movie. The ending will make you tear up. The animation in this movie is breathtaking It’s amazing to see how far the animation has come. The level of detail, the scope of the action sequences, the way these characters really come alive and the way they interact and how great the world is because the animation is so good visually this movie is stunning. What I really love about these movies is the scope of the films expands not just the action, but the emotional storytelling. The movie really focuses on the relationship between Hiccup and Toothless these two have become a great pair over the course of this series the movie opens and you just fell this warm friendship between these two characters. This time Toothless finds a Light Fury who he falls in love with and that lead to one of the funniest scenes in the movie. Hiccup and Toothless story is brought to a very satisfying and logical conclusion. The action sequences are impressive they are intense the way they are shot is beautiful. The movie is filled with such warmth and such hart that’s something I have really loved about this series and seeing these characters come to their end and seeing the story come to a conclusion is bittersweet, but I couldn’t imagine a better conclusion. In my opinion, this is a perfect trilogy. 5 out of 5 stars for How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. I hope you enjoyed my review and I hope it helped you decide whether to see the movie or not.
